I spent a dark and dingy day at Duxford for the last airshow of the season last Sunday. A memorable display by the Typhoon as it roared right over my head on full afterburners!! You can see some photos here.

Added a gallery from the airshow at Duxford last weekend (7th September). Disapointed by the no-show of the Vulcan, but a most enjoyable day none the less.

Still got photos from a few other events to process (World Superbikes at Brands Hatch and Shoreham Airshow). I'll get them done and added as soon as possible.

I visited Rhodes Minnis in Kent for the British Masters for a day last weekend. Some great action. You can see the photos in my gallery.

Now the motorsport season is underway for 2008, I have started to get out to a few events. I got to the British Superbikes over the weekend, and on Monday evening I got down to Arlington near Eastbourne for some speedway action.

I am currently on holiday in Australia, and have managed to get a few photos I thought worth adding to my galleries on this site.

The first is from a day trip over the Daintree River to Cape Tribulation, which also included a river cruise and a paddle in a private creek as well as Mossman Gorge. The photos are in the Daintree Wonder Tours gallery.

The second set was from a chance encounter on 4 Mile Beach in Port Douglas where I met Mariska and Brendan doing some Kite Surfing.

This weekend see's the big trucks racing around Brands Hatch indy circuit, with various support races. You can see my photos from the weekend in my gallery.

I've added a new gallery of photos taken at Brands Hatch of the British Superbikes.

On Monday 10th September I got up very early and drove up to Wales to meet a couple of freinds. We then hiked up the side of a valley to take photos of any lowflying jets that came through. We then did the same on Tuesday and Wednesday at different locations. We had a great time and got some good photos, although we would of prefered more of the frontline aircraft through, but there are no published schedules so it is all luck of the draw as to what we got to see.
